One isn’t supposed to expect it. And toy-throwing… normal.

Love knowing i am not alone in the “I’m that mom” sorority.

I prefer to think of it as “Major League prep.” We’re working on narrowing down objects thrown. Also let’s review his name. Sheesh.

So basically, they wrote you a note that Destroy is too comfortable and needs to listen because…he threw toys? Yikes. My child is in serious trouble. He’s already, at less than a year-and-a-half, showing a penchant for a good tantrum/toy toss/genuine freak out over any tiny, insignificant thing.

RUH??
2) This year (kindergarten) he was diagnosed with ADHD.
3) And identified as ‘gifted.’ (still not sure if this is a euphemism for ‘special needs??’ lol)
4) I almsot spit my iced-coffee at my laptop re: goosing/boob-grabbing, mainly because my son DID go through a rather disconcerting period of boob-ogling and fondling. AFTER he should have forgotten that he WAS breast-fed for 13 months.

I think those notes are generally written in hasty frustration. I’m learning not to take the stuff too seriously. At least you have good blog-fodder. 😉

I know I am! Exactly how many people do you know that have been banned from their son’s middle school?? Sounds like expectations for a 5 year old, not a 2 year old. Ugh!

Zane makes a game of running away from me when he knows it’s time for diaper/clothing changes. Oh, and throwing, he’s good at that too. Thankfully he is also a good hugger and kisser, it sort of makes up for the trouble.

I needed your comic relief – thanks for the smile.
